Amazon Poor experience Order 026-115****-662****
I made an order from Amazon which never arrived, they are now asking for me to make a crime report with the police which is fine so I contacted the police, but they will not create a stolen crime report without proof it was delivered in the first place. They are also saying that until I received the goods then they belong to Amazon so down to them to make the report.
Amazon will not send me proof or don't have proof, so I'm now stuck losing £149 of items.

This has happened before, and it was clear it was the driver who stole the package previously as I went straight to the back door as soon as I got the notification, the parcel was missing but on that occasion they refunded the item.
I have never once told them to leave parcels on the doorstep in my garden, but they are not having any of it, they just say it was delivered.

They have now told me that they are not going to discuss the matter any further until I send the police report, and this is coming from the director's office (managingdirector@***.co.uk) after the 'normal' customer service just cut me off and refused to help.
Have cancelled my prime membership and everything else with Amazon and will no longer be using them. I have spent a small fortune over the years with Amazon and it's a shocking how I am been treated, no help provided at all just cut and paste replies not answering any of my concerns.
This must be happening to 1000's of customers, looking on google this does seem to be the case it's all over reddit and even on amazon's own forum.

Resolve the issue and send me a proper refund and big apology Bla-bla
It just isn't right to fob people off and my money continues to be taken from my account. It's a complete disgrace to treat customers this way!!!

I think they expect people just to give up and forget about it but no way is this going to happen. This is illegal.
