Sorting out confusion!

It appears there was a discrepancy about whether the ordered items had been paid for. Customer Service resolved the issue quickly- just a shame I had to call them.

Everything at the Services was very good. I mentioned that at the place of delivery the assistant behind the counter told me that the courier came in tried to scan the parcel(there should have been two) Gave up and left taking the parcel with him much to the shops surprise .

Now today I received a message saying the address was wrong, it wasn't, it was on your delivery lists. Next day one of the parcels was redelivered to the same address with no problem

Very long time waiting and no call me back. I didn't think it was possible that with such a large company they wouldn't deliver my shipment.

Before it was resolved it was a nightmare, you're asked to go through their online portal , they assume you're problem is one of the preset questions, so frustrating as mine didn't apply. They swerve you back again to a robot who didn't solve my issue.

I had had a phonecall off the delivery driver to day my parcel couldn't be delivered because I didn't answer the door, trouble is, they had taken it to my old address of 5months ago when I left there...trying to explain this was another catastrophe,
Also , the delivery driver redelivered it the same night at 9pm, when it wasn't expected till the next day, she still had difficulty trying to access my retirement complex home which wasn't at all difficult.

I met her at the gate and demonstrated how easy it is , and I asked her could she not just follow my delivery instructions I have recorded for all deliveries with Amazkn previously, eg. Where to leave, what buttons to press etc, she showed me her screen and said Amazon hadn't forwarded that information to her...I thank God, or the universe or whoever the powers that be are that you came to my.assustance, I hope im allowed to keep you im my.comtacts and "Well Done" you

Getting to speak to someone at customer service is like asking a newborn baby to cook at 3 course meal for 10 people, and when you do and explain your problem you get a reply of I don't understand what your saying, but i didn't understand her either as I was born and bred I England, but she just left me hanging never said anything and then went completely, so all this to me getting in contact with customer service is nion impossible, and I feel its disgusting as customer service should be made easy to contact, and my problem of what I feel ive been over charged still stands and not resolved.

Ive been a customer of Amazon.Uk for years. Now im being pushed to Amazon.ie, but there is not the same selection, it doesn’t work with my prime, or my husband’s kindle account. Amazon tied me up in knots over buying a gift card and couldn’t help me on UK helpline. It wasted hours. Eventually I got help on the .ie helpline. But I’m not happy.

Once I could finally get a direct number after around 2 rather frustrating hours . And then eventually getting to talk to a human being they resolved the problem within minutes. I don’t understand why it isn’t simpler to just get a number to phone directly instead of spending so much time just to get a small issue resolved .
